Office Administration Assistant

Requirements :
• Prior administrative experience (at least 3 years).
• Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
• Attention to detail.
• Self motivated individual with a pleasant personality who can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities :
• Responsible to handle and maintain Company general administration work.
• Provide administrative, sales and service support including data entry for basic accounting.
• Handling customer enquiry.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
• Other tasks as assign to you by your Head of Department from time to time..

Candidates must possess a good command of English (both written and spoken), computer literate, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong leadership qualities.
