OFFICER - ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SAFETY

Successful candidate is expected to have the following:-

Requirements :
• Possess Safety Officer Certificate from OSHA or NIOSH.
• Preferably 3 – 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry and Engineering background.
• Experience in security of the company.
• Possess safety related training such as Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid and or any other industrial training is an added advantage.
• The candidate should have a pleasant, interactive and mature attitude with the ability to adapt, coordinate and communicate well with all employees and ability to enforce the company’s health & safety policy.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities :
• Formulate & ensure compliance of all safety rules and regulation standards and security issues.
• Responsible for security matters of the company.
• Coordinates and supervises safety program.
• Conduct daily safety inspection of the job site and submission of report.
• Ensure workplace safety compliance and effectiveness.
• Record and upkeep all documentation pertaining to OSH.
• Provide training and guidance on Safety & Health to employees.

Candidates must possess a good command of English (both written and spoken), computer literate, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong leadership qualities.
