ENGINEERS (MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL / ELECTRONICS / AUTOMATION / MANUFACTURING / AUTOMOBILE)

Successful candidate is expected to have the following:-
Requirement :-
· At least 3-5 years’ relevant working experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
· Hands-on skills in workshop processes, PLC systems, and preventive and predictive maintenance methods.
· Familiar with compressors, hydraulic systems, pumps, blowers and thermo oil heaters.
· Fast learners, possessing good analytical and trouble shooting skills.
· Working knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, 5S, CMMS QCC will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
· To promote and to instill good engineering disciplines and practices.
· Overall in charge of upkeep and maintenance of all Plant and Equipment in P1 and P2.
· Maintenance and upkeep of handling equipment
· Maximize uptime to meet set targets.
· Maintain an effective and efficient maintenance programme using CMMS.
· Maintenance budget control.
· Trouble shooting and problem solving.
· Equipment and Process Improvements.
· Cost reduction.
· Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma activities.
· Manpower planning and control.
· Staff Training.
Candidates must possess a good command of English (both written and spoken), computer literate, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong leadership qualities.
